Submission of your registration, by any of the above methods, at our office constitutes confirmation. Other notification only if scheduling changes occur.

Substitutions & Cancellations:
Substitutions anytime. Full credit or refund with notification at least four calendar days prior to seminar. Late cancellations may receive credit toward future seminar, space permitting.
